Every item at Jody Ellen Textiles is carefully chosen, and many pieces are vintage, handmade or one of a kind. Because of their age and handmade nature, small signs of wear, variation and character should be expected and are considered part of the story of each piece.

Delivery

We currently ship throughout the UK.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Larger items such as rugs may take a little longer to package carefully. If there is likely to be a delay, we will always let you know.

Local collection from Norwich may be available by arrangement.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item arrives damaged or has been incorrectly described.

Once the item has been safely returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
