Beautiful hand-painted ceramic salad bowls handmade in Romania using traditional pottery techniques.
Each bowl features its own unique brushwork and pattern, making every piece slightly different while working beautifully together as a collection. The rich green and soft blue glazes bring a fresh, joyful feel to the table, whether used for salads, fruit, pasta or simply displayed on open shelving.
We particularly love these stacked together on a kitchen shelf, where the colours and hand-painted details really come to life.

The majority of our pieces are vintage or handmade and are chosen for their character as much as their beauty.

Kantha textiles are made from layers of reclaimed sari cloth and are designed to be lived with and loved. Should your piece ever need a little extra care, I am always happy to send complimentary Kantha patches from my collection of scraps for sympathetic repairs. Sometimes the mending simply becomes part of the story.
